At TurkVOST, accessible at https://turkvost.com, the privacy of our visitors is one of our top priorities. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information that is collected and recorded by TurkVOST and how we use it.
We do not require personal registration or sensitive user data to browse content. Like standard websites, server log files (IP addresses, browser type, timestamps) may be automatically recorded.
TurkVOST uses cookies to store user preferences and enhance the viewing experience.
We use standard analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor traffic and platform reliability.
If you turn on notifications, your browser gives us a technical subscription address that is only used to send you TurkVOST alerts. We store it with your language, the series you follow, your time zone, the date of your last visit and, if you are logged in, your account identifier. On the player page, the position reached in the episode is linked to this subscription so we can offer to resume where you left off; no IP address is stored with it. Clicks on notifications are only counted as totals, and poll votes are linked to a fingerprint of the subscription. The subscription is deleted as soon as you turn notifications off; reading progress is erased after 60 days without activity.
If you create an account, we store your email address, your nickname and photo if you choose them, your favorites, your viewing history and your VIP Passes. This data is hosted by Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). You sign in with a password or with a code sent by email (sender contact@turkvost.fr, delivered by Resend). You can delete your account at any time from « My Account »: your profile, favorites and history are then erased; payment records are kept (accounting obligations) and your VIP Pass stays linked to your email address.
