Deniz and Işık are hunting for Levent, Işık's father, who is being held by criminals forcing him to keep a gravely ill child alive. Using a medical device left behind, they try to locate the hideout, but the police and Deniz's former colleagues question his methods. Tensions rise between Deniz, his old partner Aysu, and his superiors, while Işık refuses to be left out. The doctor, threatened with death, must operate on the child under his captors' pressure.
The next episode could open with Işık's explosive confession: by admitting to Deniz that she planted her father's DNA at the crime scene, she might seal her own fate but save Levent from a brutal interrogation. Meanwhile, the little girl fighting for her life could become a bargaining chip between Kendal, forced to negotiate with the police, and Baran, more determined than ever to avenge Neşe. Deniz, torn between his promise and the truth, would risk crossing a point of no return by directly threatening Işık's father, while her mother might finally reveal why she sent Levent into such dangerous circles. Özgür, consumed by guilt, could turn against his superiors and expose Ferhat's files, sparking an internal war within the police force. At the hospital, the child's fate would act as a detonator: if she survives, she could identify her attackers, but if she dies, Baran's revenge would know no bounds. Finally, the grandfather's arrival at the station would suggest an ultimatum forcing every character to choose a side, even at the cost of blood ties.
